Our history

I've been expert in fire and gas detection for over 35 years: in 1990, I was hired by a Brussels-based fire protection company (Sécurité Intégrale Contre L'Incendie), which had its own range of fire and gas detectors. We soon took over these ranges and developed our own products.

Around 2007, we stopped producing our own fire detection products and specialised in all types of special fire detection: ASD, LTHD, FLAMME, VFD, etc. See more details on "Our expertise in fire detection".

In 2011, we shut down our own gas detection system to expand to the detection of all types of gas in partnership with a UK specialist. See more details on "Our expertise in gas detection".

Following the bankruptcy of Sécurité Intégrale Contre L'Incendie in December 2024, which left many customers uncertain about system maintenance, repair and installation services, we decided to set up "Magnée-Tics" to provide some of these services.
